BOOKING POLICY

 Flight Tickets &  Train Tickets no Credit

Package

✳ 50% advance payment at the time of booking

✳ 50% payment advance before 20 days travel date.

Effective 01 January 2021, in case of cancellations of any.

Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival :100% cancellation charge will be applicable including transfer charges

 

Tour schedule can be changed/ altered / or management has every right to alter / change the tour schedule for any reason /   adverse. circumstance without prior notice to the party.

  *Note*    Your package book advance payment at the time of booking    / - Hotel booking must be confirmed within 2 -5 days otherwise it will be cancelled automatically • Original ID Proof, 6 photograph and 8 photocopy of ID proof is mandatory during check-in of each guests.( Birth certi

Tour Includes & Excludes depend on Total Package cost
Accommodation in Hotel / Lodge / Resort
All food (bed tea/ breakfast/ lunch/ evening tea & snacks/ dinner).
Sightseeing as mentioned in the tour itinery ( up to the point bus journey is possible).
Up & down train / flight fare. First class / AC tickets will be available paying extra service charge. Charges will depend on present rate.
Entry fees at any sightseeing spot.
Guide charge, photography / video camera charges, any horse / dandy and other conventional transport charges.
Passenger tax (if applicable anywhere).

Caution:
We strongly recommend that if the passenger has any chronic disease or has any kind of physical incapability (like handicapped passenger or asthma patient) to choose tour properly and cautiously. The tour management can only warn beforehand but will not take liability during tour.
Cancellation:
Due to any unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity or political disturbance, if the tour is cancelled passengers have to pay 20% of the tour price as compensation.
Cancellation will not be accepted by Telephone .  Only mail or Whatsapp .
 Seat booking means that the passenger has accepted all the terms and conditions after reading the rules clearly.

Tour schedule can be changed/ altered / or management has every right to alter /  change the tour schedule for any reason / adverse circumstance without prior to the party.
